For organisations

Bring more of your team's real potential into view.

More conscious self-management, better cooperation and working conditions that support people help to form a more resilient, united and effective team.

People's contribution is often shaped by tension, lack of clarity, and habitual patterns of collaboration. I help organizations notice what supports or limits the use of existing capability, and choose a fitting direction based on that - whether a training or longer development work.

What topics can I support you with?

I can also design a workshop tailored to your organization's needs, not just ready-made trainings.

Self-leadership and internal work modes

Stress, regulation, and resilience

A leader's state and its impact on the team

Collaboration and psychological safety

Energy, recovery, and sustainable work capacity

Team patterns and untapped potential

Trainings and workshops

Strengths at Work

How to harness people's character strengths to support energy, engagement, job satisfaction and collaboration?

Based on the VIA Character Strengths framework, the practical workshop is not limited to naming strengths: participants explore their main strengths, look at the under-, optimal and over-use of one strength and relate it to specific work situations. At the end of the workshop, each participant formulates one personal application experiment and the team formulates one joint experiment for the next 2-3 weeks.

Duration: 2.5-3 hours
Number of participants: recommended 6-16
Format: in contact or online
Preliminary work: VIA character strengths questionnaire

Am I leading or reacting?

Automatic driver operating modes and their effects.

The practical workshop helps the driver to notice when he consciously chooses his driving style and when his behavior begins to be shaped by an automatic operating mode. The participant relates the profile of the Manager's working modes to a real management situation, looks at the difference between his intention and the possible effect, and chooses one specific way to act more consciously.

Self-leadership and internal work modes

How do the nervous system and internal parts affect our behavior, focus and cooperation?

Practical training helps participants notice how a controller, perfectionist, savior, avoider, critic or overachiever activates in work situations. The participant explores the triggers and effects of one or two of their own modes of operation, learns to regain more room for choice before acting, and chooses one specific situation in which to test a more conscious way of acting.

Sustainable Work Capacity

How to support energy, attention and working capacity in the interplay between the person and the work environment?

Practical training looks at work ability in the interplay of a person, a team and an organization. Participants learn to spot early signs of overload, map factors that support or deplete energy, engagement, and recovery, and choose one realistic step in self-management, collaboration, or work organization.

Need a different focus?

The core structure of the ready-made trainings stays the same, but examples and emphasis can be matched to the participants. If needed, I can also design a custom workshop built around your organization's goal, for example on:

Possible focus areas

Difficult conversations and regulation

Adapting to change

Psychological safety

A leader's impact on how the team functions

Automatic patterns of collaboration

Self-leadership under heavy load

How does booking a training work?

1

You send an inquiry and briefly describe your need.

2

We clarify the right training, participants, format, and practical details.

3

If needed, we arrange a short needs call.

4

Then I send you an offer.

A longer needs conversation belongs to a custom workshop or longer development work.

Mapping

Team Potential Mapping

The mapping shows where your team's existing capability currently goes unused and where to begin making changes. It works both as a standalone service and as a basis for longer development work.

The mapping combines the responses into five dimensions and provides a team-level overview. Instead of a general satisfaction score, the leader gets an actionable picture: which area needs attention first, what is worth preserving, and which next step could bring the biggest change.

The mapping helps you gain

a clearer picture of the team's existing resources

a shared language between leadership and the team

a well-founded starting point for choosing the next development steps

a measurable baseline to compare progress against later.

Development programme

Resilient and Cohesive Team

A six-part development program supporting more conscious collaboration, self-leadership, and team resilience.

The program's focus isn't only on how each person copes with stress. The team learns to understand how tension affects the whole group's communication, decisions, and collaboration, and how to get through difficult periods together.

Awareness creates more room to choose. Understanding reduces mutual blame. Practical self-leadership skills help notice tension earlier, support each other better, and return to collaboration after difficult situations.

Results

A better understanding of how stress spreads in a team

More awareness of your own reactions and impact on others

A shared language for talking about tension, recovery, and collaboration

Practical ways to support yourself and each other

A greater capacity to get through change and stressful periods as a team

What participants took away from the program

What I also liked about the training was that the ideas and knowledge can be applied and developed further outside the work environment as well.

Kristin · training participant

I'm so grateful that our company offers this to us. I would definitely attend a training like this as an individual too, because the topic is essential in every area of life.

Training participant

Many situations I've experienced in life now make sense, and I understand why I or someone else behaved a certain way.
